About the role

Mugen Psychiatry is hiring a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for adult psychiatric care. This is a hybrid role based at our Oak Brook office, with the option to deliver most care by secure telehealth across Illinois.

We are a physician-led practice built around continuity. You keep your own panel and see the same patients over time, rather than working from a shared queue or being reassigned by a marketplace. Administrative, billing, and credentialing support is handled for you, so your time goes to clinical work.

What you'll do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult patients.
  • Provide ongoing, individualized medication management and follow-up care.
  • Maintain continuity with your own panel of patients over time.
  • Collaborate with our physician-led clinical team on complex cases.
  • Deliver care in person in Oak Brook and by secure telehealth across Illinois.

What we're looking for

  • Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
  • Active Illinois APRN license, or eligibility to obtain one. confirm
